Ariste is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience in financial management, auditing, and internal controls, both in Haiti and the United States. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in strengthening financial systems and accountability across a range of NGOs and international organizations, many of which have been funded by CDC/PEPFAR and USAID. His leadership in establishing internal control structures continues to support the financial sustainability and compliance of these institutions today.
Ariste has held senior finance roles in several respected organizations, including serving as Accounting Manager for Brasserie La Couronne (Coca-Cola Haiti) from 2018 to 2021, Finance Manager for Les Centres Gheskio (affiliated with Cornell University) from 2005 to 2017, Controller of Haiti Operations at Hôpital Albert Schweitzer in Deschapelles from 2001 to 2005, and Senior Auditor at Audit Firm PAGS (affiliated with USAID-Haiti) from 1995 to 2001.
He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Université Quisqueya (2007–2009) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the State University of Haiti - INAGHEI (1990–1994). Currently, as Finance Director, Ariste ensures the accuracy and transparency of all financial reporting, consistently maintaining clean audit results and up-to-date financial statements.
