Caroline Bernal-Silva is a seasoned nonprofit professional with over 12 years of experience leading development efforts in the environmental and education sectors. She has held leadership roles at the Rainforest Alliance, Trust for Public Land, and New York Restoration Project, managing high-level donor portfolios and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with individual and foundation supporters.
Caroline brings a collaborative, data-driven approach to fundraising, helping organizations expand their impact while prioritizing community engagement and long-term resilience. Based out of the New York office, she holds degrees from University College London and the University of Rochester. Caroline lives in New Jersey with her husband and two young children.
