Karl Fils-Aime is a seasoned Senior Product Manager at Bridgewater Associates, with a strong foundation in business strategy, user-centered design, and agile product development. Before joining Bridgewater, Karl held product leadership roles at PrecisCa, where he oversaw the development of an educational platform for oncology care, and was the founder of Kazu Wifi, a Miami-based startup focused on connecting pedestrians to local businesses through seamless Wi-Fi experiences. Earlier in his career, he was a strategy consultant at IBB Consulting Group, advising major players in the broadband, telecom, and media sectors.
Karl holds dual degrees from the University of Pennsylvania: a B.S.E. in Systems Engineering and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, with concentrations in Entrepreneurial Management and Finance.
He is based in the New York City metropolitan area and is passionate about building products that bridge innovation with real-world impact.
