Meet Marc Alain Boucicault

Marc Alain Boucicault is a Haitian social entrepreneur and tech ecosystem builder with over 15 years of experience in international development, including work with the World Bank, IDB, and grassroots youth organizations. He is the founder of Banj, Haiti’s leading coworking and innovation hub, which connects changemakers across the Caribbean and beyond. Marc Alain previously served as Director of Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement at MIT’s Legatum Center, where he championed global entrepreneurship as a path to prosperity. He holds degrees from the Harvard Kennedy School, American University, and CTPEA, and actively supports education and leadership development through his board work with the Haitian Education and Leadership Program (HELP). A Fulbright scholar and One Young World ambassador, he continues to use his platform to elevate voices, ideas, and opportunities that drive meaningful change.
