Sedrick Saintus is very interested in education as a liberating practice that can facilitate human development with a view to social transformation. He is also interested in social inclusion, sustainable local development through synergy between civil society organizations, local authorities and the committed private sector and corporate social responsibility. He reflects on the importance of non-profit or limited-profit organizations as mechanisms capable of promoting collective well-being.
His parents come from Petit-Goâve, the town where he attended primary school. Sedrick has a bachelor's degree in social work and a master's degree in social economy and solidarity .
He joined HELP in August 2021 as a student advisor and had held the position of senior student advisor since April 2022. He has been Director of Student Affairs since August 2025.
